Juvenile law
During my training at the École Régionale des Avocats du Grand Est in Strasbourg, I chose to focus on juvenile law and the procedure applicable before the Juge des Enfants and child protection institutions. As a result, I have acquired the skills and experience to intervene in educational assistance proceedings:
- childhood in danger,
- home-based educational measures,
- educational placement measure.
But also when the minor appears as the perpetrator of an offence:
- before the Juge pour enfants,
- before the Juvenile Court.
Law on foreign minors
I am also involved in the protection of unaccompanied foreign minors, for whom I intervene before the Juge des Enfants and the European Court of Human Rights, to request that they be taken into care as part of educational assistance (see the foreign nationals law page).
