As a result, I have acquired the skills and experience to intervene in educational assistance proceedings:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>childhood in danger,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>home-based educational measures,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>educational placement measure.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But also when the minor appears as the perpetrator of an offence:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>before the Juge pour enfants,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>before the Juvenile Court.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Law on foreign minors<\/h4>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I am also involved in the protection of unaccompanied foreign minors, for whom I intervene before the Juge des Enfants and the European Court of Human Rights, to request that they be taken into care as part of educational assistance (see the <a href=\"http:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/droit-des-etrangers\/\">foreign nationals law<\/a> page).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"menu_order":6,"template":"","class_list":["post-112970","competence","type-competence","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/competence\/112970","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/competence"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/competence"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/competence\/112970\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":112971,"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/competence\/112970\/revisions\/112971"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/julienmartinavocat.fr\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=112970"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
